Dialló Mítch, if you don't know them now, you will be knowing them very well moving forward. This LA creative is taking on the queer creative movement by the horns and turning it into their own personal playground. Whenever I see Dialló it always feels so refreshing to witness a unique and authentic point of aesthetic view. Inspiring the underground night life as well as the editorial and fashion worlds, Dialló both sits in front of the camera as a model ( peep all of our new NOTO campaign images starring this lovely face ) as well as stylist. Who are you ?
I’m Dialló Mítch, I’m a fashion model and stylist... just a overall creative really I don’t like to put myself in a box... I’m fearless, risky, expressive as fuck, and I believe...well I know I am confident as can be because I’m myself at all times if that makes any sense... the world is mine so I take full control.
Why do you make your work?
I make my work because it gives my an outlet to express myself and to show the world what I’m capable of doing!! I make my work because I can inspire others to be themselves at all times and give them something to look up to.
What do you believe in?
I believe in being FREE!! Free as in being the most comfortable in my skin no matter where this world may take me....BUT if you’re talking about religion I do believe in God without him nothing is possible in my eyes...
One thing you say YES to?
I say yes a lot to creating meaningful imagery for my portfolio...
One thing you say NO to?
I say no a lot to people trying to gossip to me about s*** they shouldn’t even be worried about lol..
What change would you like to see?
In this world I love to see everyone just be open to love one another...it’s so easy to love BUT people rather be hateful... let’s kill the sexism , racism, Colorism it’s not worth it really ...
Name one thing that makes you happy?
Making my family proud and knowing that they’re proud of me. It keeps me happy, motivated and grounded.
How would you describe your personal routine?
Always reminding myself daily that I’m worthy of conquering this world!! What’s for me will only be for me!! Always leave my trust in God’s hands!! I think this is very personal you know ...
What did you want to be as a child?
As a child I always seen myself as becoming a veterinarian working with wildlife animals... I always had animals growing up and I have a dog now.... BUT protecting and saving animals will always be my first love and one day I’ll revisit that passion of mine once I’m done with the fashion industry.
Can you remember one solid piece of advice you've gotten for the growth of your work ?
Someone once told me that “my work speaks volumes and to keep pushing forward because you’re inspiring people you don’t even know that’s watching you” that right there will always stick with me and work even harder!!!!
If you could collaborate with anyone, who would it be?
Ouhhhh this is a good one!! I would love to collaborate with sooo many people!! BUT to choose one person that would have to be Dennis Rodman!! I don’t know exactly what we will work on but his fashion and the way he express himself through fashion always and will inspire me!!!
Who is one person in culture that you feel is making positive and inspiring change ?
There are way too many people to just name one person so I just want to say I appreciate everyone who is trying to make a difference in this world for people who don’t have a large platform to do so ...
