HOW DOES THE HOOKUP PROGRAM WORK? NOTO'S Hookup Program is a community for our most loyal NOTO lovers. By creating an account on our site, you are welcomed into the NOTO fam where you'll be among the first to know about launches, private sales, promotions and more. Points = cash on the site and you can rack them up by engaging with the NOTO community.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS? For starters, be sure you are logged in to your account when shopping so that your account activity is able to be tracked. All the ways you can earn points may switch up from time to time, however you can always count on the following:
Creating an account
Making a purchase ($1 = 1 point)
Following us on IG (from the How To Earn Points section in your Hookup Program account)
Liking us on FB (from the How To Earn Points section in your Hookup Program account)
Your birthday Points are awarded on your birthday. Please note: if you entered a birthday that is less than 30 days away from time of entry, timing of the points awarded may be delayed.
Your Hookup Program anniversary Points are awarded on the anniversary of the day you created your account.
Leaving a review Points for reviews are awarded to verified buyers only. Reviews must be submitted through our review email requests that are sent to the email address the order was purchased under 14 days after a purchase is made. The review must be published to the site in order for points to be awarded to your account. The Hookup Program does not have the ability to award points for reviews submitted outside of the review email format.
Adding a photo/video to a review Points for photos/videos in a review are awarded to verified buyers only. Reviews with photos/videos must be submitted through our review email requests that are sent to the email address the order was purchased under 14 days after the purchase is made. The review must be published in order for points to be awarded to your account. The Hookup Program does not have the ability to award points for reviews submitted outside of the review email format.
Refer a friend Points are awarded to both the 'referrer' and the 'referred' once a purchase has been made using the auto-generated referral code. The 'referrer' can only share a referral code with a customer who has zero purchase history on notobotanics.com. The 'referred' can receive the code by either text message or email and must copy + paste to apply at checkout.
ARE THERE OTHER WAYS TO EARN POINTS? Yes, there will be! These will be more nuanced and special, released at different times throughout the year. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to stay informed on what is happening when.
I POSTED A REVIEW ON THE PRODUCT PAGE AND DIDN'T RECEIVE POINTS, WHY? Points for reviews are only awarded when the review is submitted via our review request email that is sent 14 days after you purchase an item. Only published reviews are awarded points. This helps us be sure reviews are being submitted by verified buyers who have truly tested out the product.
I WANT TO SEND MY FRIEND A REFERRAL CODE, HOWEVER THE SITE SAYS " WE WERE UNABLE TO SEND THE REFERRAL LINK," WHY? Referral codes can only be sent to email addresses with zero purchase order history on our site. Referral links are only valid for 1st time customers. If a code won't send, it is likely your friend has already shopped with us!
HOW WILL I KNOW ABOUT PRIVATE SALES, LAUNCHES OR POINT MULTIPLIER DAYS? Be sure that you're signed up for our newsletter! This is the primary way we'll stay in touch about different hookups that are happening.
HOW DO I RECEIVE A FREE SHIPPING VOUCHER? If you fall within our Soulmates tier, keep an eye on your emails! We'll surprise you here and there with special access to discount codes that you can apply at checkout. And as a reminder, free shipping is always added to orders over $50.00 :)
I HAVE A COUPLE OF DISCOUNT CODES I WANT TO USE, CAN I APPLY THEM ALL TO THE SAME ORDER? NOTO can only approve 1 discount code per order. Discounts cannot be combined. Save one for a rainy day!
I'M NOT RECEIVING EMAIL UPDATES ABOUT THE HOOKUP PROGRAM, WHY? Be sure to check your spam and promotions folders, if you're not seeing them there, send an email over to our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help out as best as we can!
WILL MY REWARD CODE AUTO-APPLY AT CHECKOUT? No. Be sure to copy and paste the reward you redeemed once you get to checkout in order for it to apply to your purchase.
CAN I EARN+ REDEEM POINTS IN THE FLAGSHIP STORE? At this time, we are not able to automatically sync purchase history between our two stores (online + in person). However, our team is here to help and can navigate the best way to apply your purchase history to your account. When visiting our flagship store in Los Angeles, please have the email address your account is registered under handy so that our team can assist. DO POINTS EXPIRE? Points in your account will expire after 1 year of inactivity. Be sure to be logged into your Hookup Program account when shopping the site so that your order history is being properly recorded!
