Blot on lips for a lush, just kissed matte blur with slight stain effects or on cheeks for a flushed wash of color. Layer on with a lip brush for a more creamy lipstick like texture and bold intensity.

Made in collaboration with writer and author of "Le Sud", Rebekah Peppler who lives and works in Paris. One of our favorite things at NOTO is being able to play and collaborate with our friends. Connecting and creating together is one of the most important things we do at NOTO and we hope you enjoy our 2nd collab of the year with this incredible multi-use color!
