I've been using this oil daily for 5+ years now. It's the only product that I've used that regularly for that long. On the occasions that I skip it (when I'm traveling or haven't replenished my stock), my skin becomes noticeably duller, less elastic, and drier. I've used it as part of a number of skin care routines (currently with a hydrating toner, retinol, and face moisturizer) and it has always improved my skin.
